Coach Pete

~Just a chubby kid from Horseshoe Lane.

 

Bryan Peterson, aka “Pete”, founded BMPSP with the mission to positively impact young lives beyond the competitive field. Rising from humble beginnings as a two-time state champion quarterback for the Clinton Dark Horses, to a 4-year starter for North Carolina State as wide receiver to peaking in the professional football ranks, Pete knows what it takes – discipline, confidence, dedication, sacrifice, and vision – to reach your goals not only in competition but also in life. Pete aims to push you beyond your mental limitations to gain confidence and reach optimal performance.

Ernst Joseph

Coach EJ

Ernst Joseph is originally from Miami, FL. Coach EJ played offensive line in high school and in college as well as participated in track and field. He earned a Master’s degree in teaching with a concentration in special education from NC State and a BA in Sociology from St. Augustine’s University. Coach EJ coaches shotput and discus as an Assistant Track coach at Holly Springs High School.  During the summer of 2022 coach EJ interned at North Carolina Central University with the strength and conditioning staff, under Thomas Carroll. Coach EJ has coached alongside coach Bryan Peterson for 10 plus years.

 

Coach EJ is passionate about youth development and building a community of student athletes who are compassionate, confident, and self-aware. His goal is to help all children identify their strengths and build upon them.
